DIGITAL MODA provides pattern design and variant services with the latest and streamlined computers, software, and expert staff that have proven themselves in the field. Our company is aware of the need for speed and correctness in sample process, and we have improved our process so that we can provide samples to our customers in 36 hours.
PAINTING
DIGITAL MODA performs all procedures within the company. We can conduct both textile, and knitted fabric and hemming works in our dyeing plant. We can process 15 tons of fabric every day at our dyeing plant with 5 stenters, 18 washing and paint boilers, 1 continue, 1 leno and mercerize machine, 1 cold calendaring, 1 hot calendaring machine and sanforizing machines.
These fabrics are delivered to our dyeing after preprocessing. Our department provides 7000 m reactive hemming daily with 2 Reccani Renoir digital hemming machine and 5000 m sublime hemming daily with 5 Mutoh sublimation machine. After the hemming process, fabrics get processed with our Arioli steaming machine and then finish process is completed.
